Our Refund Policy allows for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance. To initiate a refund, please contact us directly with your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.
